Public Deliverables


The document provides an overview of the VICTORIA online video-analysis-for-investigation (VAFI) community and its marketplace. It describes the content, purpose, functionalities and services of the VICTORIA Community Platform (VCP) space which is the tool supporting the VAFI community. Lastly, it describes the strategy for enabling the VAFI community, through actions for visibility (including the analytics contest) and the roll-out plans for sustainability.

The strategy and operational plan to raise awareness about the VICTORIA project is described in this deliverable.

The timeline and different stages of implementation of the VICTORIA global impact strategy provided, includes:
- The communication plan, to raise awareness about VICTORIA through general and stakeholders specific communication channels.
- The dissemination plan, to recruit different categories of stakeholders into the VICTORIA Community and to engage with them depending on the stage of the project.
- The exploitation plan, encompassing the definition of products, services and other results such as policy or standards recommendations, the IPR management and the business planning to prepare the uptake in the respective stakeholder communities.

The deliverable, D8.3 “Training content production and selection”, belongs to the third step of the VICTORIA training development. It aims to describe the produced training content and the interaction with the Learning Management System (LMS) platform. The training content includes several subjects that cover all the necessary aspects for the end-users to take advantage of the VICTORIA Video Analysis Platform (VAP); specifically, background knowledge, operation of the VAP and legal and ethical guidance.

This deliverable belongs to the VICTORIA training development (WP8). It aims to define the training curriculum which includes several subjects that cover all the necessary aspects for the end-users to take advantage of the VICTORIA Video Analysis Platform (VAP). Additionally, the curriculum covers also the scheduling of the subjects as well as the necessary prerequisites to access each subject.

The deliverable, D8.1 “Training methodologies and evaluation criteria definition”, is the first step of the VICTORIA training development. It aims to define the training methodology, for better practice and knowledge acquisition, of each skill proposed by the end users and the technical partners. Additionally, methods for measuring up to what extent the training goals have been accomplished have also been defined and will be adapted to the VICTORIA tools.
This deliverable includes the training questionnaire analysis, the training methodology, the assisted distance learning platform and finally the evaluation methods, criteria and KPI definitions used in VICTORIA Project.
